When you visit Colorado and fall in love with this state, you end up wanting to get married here for a destination wedding someday. And that's how Andie and Josh chose 1C Barn in Colorado Springs as their wedding venue. 1C Barn is a rustic venue with countryside views. The day started with a little bit of rain however the weather played ball later in the day.
Their ceremony was an intimate affair under a flower arch. Andie was so nervous walking down the aisle that she completely forgot to carry her bouquet! She still looked fantastic, though. During the ceremony they had a beautiful reading. It was so meaningful.
They decorated the outdoor area with minimal rustic decor, which I loved. My favorite part was a picture of Andy Garcia(which happens to be the bride’s first name and her new last name!) in their favor bags! The reception was held inside at 1C Barn – I love this venue because you can have the place for the whole weekend. Weddings at 1C Barn are amazing, because lodging is included with your package and it has a relaxing atmosphere.

1C Barn is perfect for intimate weddings, and is one of the loveliest places to get married in Colorado Springs. The venue offers onsite bedrooms so guests don’t have to leave early – and there is an area in front with string lights that are perfect for photos.
The happy couple met in their early teens and became friends in high school. After they graduated in 2012, Josh asked Andie to be his girlfriend. She knew that he was the person she wanted to spend her life with. On New Year’s Eve 2018, Josh asked Andie to be his wife and without hesitation their wedding plans begun. Living in Texas, Josh and Andie spend their free time making small improvements to their new home and cooking their favorite comfort food together. Congratulations you two and thank you for letting me capture this amazing day for you!
